Pratishtha Deveshwar is a DEI and disability inclusion consultant, public policy professional, and international speaker, working with organisations to build accessible, inclusive, and legally compliant workplaces.
An alumna of the University of Oxford, where she studied public policy, Pratishtha brings together policy expertise, lived experience, and institutional insight to help organisations move beyond intent and towards measurable inclusion.
